Inclement Weather Reschedule Request

When a game is cancelled due to inclement weather, or if a NWOYSL Board Member cancelled a game, this form can be completed by the coaches/managers of the corresponding teams to provide recommended revised dates and times. This form must be completed by both opponents of each game within forty-eight (48) hours of the cancelled game (inclusive of weekends) in order for the recommended dates and times to be considered.

Only requests received within the forty-eight hour (48) timeframe will be considered. However, due to lack of field availability, requested dates and/or times may not be accepted. If the recommended requests cannot be accommodated, the League Officer will either:

Email both parties to determine alternate dates/times, or
Consult the teams’ calendars to find a date/time that corresponds with availability of the fields.

This form may only be used for games cancelled due to inclement weather or games cancelled by the League. To request any other game reschedule, you must use the Game Reschedule Form, provide the appropriate payment, and send both to the League Office.
